After 30 October 2022, a temporary STOP on feed-in will apply to new HMKE systems!
Government Decree 413/2022 (X. 26.):
"a small household power plant may be commissioned which produces electricity solely for the purpose of meeting its own electricity consumption, and the small household power plants so commissioned may be connected to the public grid the possibility of feeding the animals is temporarily suspended.
Small household power plants implemented on the basis of applications made before 31 October 2022 may be connected to the public grid!"
Back-wattage protection has also become increasingly important for residential solar systems. This regulation will affect those who apply to install a solar PV system after 30 October. Those who have previously notified their service provider will continue to be charged on a net metering basis.
