The steps of the application

First, find out about the details of the scheme and make a comprehensive plan for upgrading your property. At this stage, it is worth seeking expert help to assess costs and feasibility.

The documents required to submit an application include:

- Documents proving ownership of the property.

- Detailed technical and financial plans for the planned development.

- Quotation from the contractor and the necessary permits.

The completed application must be submitted to the competent authority by the deadline specified. The assessment process usually takes 3-4 weeks and you will be notified of the outcome.

Once the grant has been awarded, the contract will be signed and construction can start. The work will be carried out by contractors controlled by the state to ensure quality.

After the project is completed, the authorities will check that the works are in order. The grant will then be paid.
