The non-reimbursable aid scheme aims to support the combined installation of a solar photovoltaic system and an energy storage system with public assistance. The available application amount is HUF 75.8 billion and an applicant can receive up to HUF 5 million gross, but must provide a minimum of HUF 34% of co-financing. In total, up to 15,160 households may receive support in this programme. Pre-registration will open on 15 January 2024, preparations take time and the available budget can quickly run out.

So it's vital that you get into action early and start preparing with us!

The steps of the application

1. PRE-REGISTRATION

The possibility to pre-register will become available on 15 January 2024. Registration will be done through a client portal and will require a number of documents. At this point it is important to consider which system would be best for your home.

Pre-registration will be processed continuously once the system is opened, but will be closed if the application is exhausted. It is therefore important to start preparations in good time and to obtain the necessary documents.

2. REQUEST FOR CONNECTION

The next step is the final quotation and contract with the contractor. ZPKSolar will take care of all the paperwork with the electricity supplier on your behalf, which is essential to apply for the subsidy.

3. APPLICATION FOR AID

The assessment process is ongoing and the faster we get to this stage, the better your chances of getting funding. We fully support you in compiling all the documentation you need to apply for funding.

4. EXPLANATION

From all the documentation to professional installation and completion, we'll take care of every step to get your home up and running with renewable energy production as soon as possible.

SOLAR PLUS PROGRAMME INFORMATION

  1. Individuals of legal age only
  2. You have a permanent address in the property you wish to apply for
  3. has a Hungarian tax identification number
  4. No tax or public debt
  5. Have a client account registration
  6. Own at least part of the residential property concerned by the investment, have a right of use or a residential leasing contract
  1. Existing/ongoing solar investment (no existing service licence!)
  2. The property for an undertaking establishede (sole proprietorship, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, limited liability company, etc.) or its owner
  3. The property is listed as non-residential on the title deed

The application is for the installation of a solar panel system and a battery under the following conditions:

    • Inverter power: minimum 4 kW, maximum 5 kW
    • Battery capacity: minimum 7.5 kWh, maximum 10 kWh

The 34% co-payment will be transferred to the contractor after the receipt of the Grantor's Certificate, before the construction. The 66% State aid will be transferred to the contractor after the completion report by the Grantor.
